Ann,
Looks to me like you are exactly right on that statement.
Ann - this is a great photo! Does it need new windows too? :) Mindy
You could be a home inspector if that realty thing doesn't work out! LOL
Steven,
Unfortunately, I think I am... It is a pretty cool old barn.
Thanks for stopping by,
Ann
Mindy,
Windows, a door and maybe some more board so the wind does not howl ?? ;-)
Ann
Pat,
Ooooh, do you really think so? ;-)
Ann
Nice picture.
Don't fool yourself. This property just needs a coat of paint. I have had buyers pay upwards of $25,000+ for barn boards.
Debbie,
Thank you,
Ann
David,
Please introduce me! I know of several people who might be willing to part with those boards for that kind of money...
Ann
Love it - makes me want to go to the farm.
Tim and Pam,
You should go.... I walk by this one nearly everyday.
Ann
Ann:
Cute old barn....
The foundation looks excellent. And people pay big bucks here for weathered barn board to put on their brand new houses. Go figure.
Actually that newer roof may well save the rest of this building. It looks in very good condition and would make a great house. We built a large barn with a hay loft for our horses but i wouldn't mind living in the loft.
Hi Ann, I love old barns! There they stand neglected, abandoned ..built all by hand, long before power tools, machined nails, building permits and county inspectors!! I think they're great. so much history there.
Ann, I think every barn in America needs some work.
Ann - Great shot and the title fits that photo!
Hi Ann:
Beautiful photo...the color roof against the blue sky. Very pretty...
Hi Ann! Great photo, just a little paint will make it perfect. Barns are really in demand
Hi Ann, I love this rustic old barn. What a great picture! Thanks for sharing!
Ann that barn looks like a great candidate for a FHA 203K loan.
Sorry it is the Loan Officer coming out in me ............. LOL
Kathy,
Thank you.
Ann
Tim,
I had no idea how popular old barns are...
Ann
Kathleen,
If the barn has all the luxuries of home...sure!
Ann
Mary,
And to think they are still standing... without an inspection??
Ann
Gary,
But that would detract form their character..
Ann
Robert,
Thank you for the compliment and the comment.
Ann
Toula,
You have a keen eye..
Thanks for stopping by,
Ann
Dona,
This is good info for me... I like old barns.
Ann
Sandy,
Thank you for your compliment. I was happy to share.
Ann
George,
The loan officer could get a 203K loan on this? ;-)
These are tough to get here.
Ann
Annie it is truly amazing to me :-)
Mary,
I agree...amazing.
Annie
Ann,
Maybe a new roof, maybe just a little TLC. They sure knew how to build those barns. :)
Steve
Steve,
Yes, some TLC would go a long way with this...
