Ann - Buyer education is very important.  If this was pushed maybe some people would not have gotten to foreclosure.  I hope your seminar will be well attended.

Yes, I have to agree, we cannot educate the consumer enough.  Most have no clue about what we do and why we make SOOOO much money.  ;-)  Just explaining the commission split is a real eye opener for most people.
