Since we live in a semi arid location a river or creek like that is awesome.
Ann, with so much rain, I guess it was inevitable! Please be careful, and I hope you are safe and dry!
Ann we had some flooding here on Wednesday, but I did no think of taking out the camera and snapping some pictures.
Mark,
This would not be the type of creek or river you would want.. These can cause severe flooding and people needing rescued...

I hope you and your neighbors are safe. We have had unbelieveable downpours all week and they finally stopped last night. There has been flooding all over but nothing major thank goodness. The rain is supposed to start again tomorrow. I guess it is better than snow! (at this point anyway)
Hi Ann, looks like your area had some heavy rains this week too. Hopefully the weather in the central U.S. will give us a break for a few days. Some times the flooding just comes up on us unexpectedly and you captured the effect very well with the streams.
Mary,
I am always careful! But thank you.
Ann
George,
I always have the camera around....;-)
Ann
Debra,
I think I would rather have snow at least then the road would not close for flooding...
Ann
Gary,
I hope we will have some dry out time!
Ann
