Hi Ann, I was in St. Louis for the first time in '07. I was ready for some good BBQ.  This shot at sunset is cool. I know that it's so hard to get in bright sunlight.

I was breifly in St. Louis a couple of years ago and didn't get to see the arch. I hear it is quite the little trip to ride up in there. Have you done that? Great picture. Thanks for sharing

Lovely photo of the St. Louis skyline.  The gold of the sunset and the arch did make me think of McDonald's and their golden arches. :)

The ride up to the top of the arch is interesting...  I have taken the trip three times.  I am always wanting to take the stairs which you are not allowed to do...

Ann - I've always marveled at the Gateway Arch.  Its simplicity of design is breathtaking.  Now you've shown it in a completely unique light (no pun intended) with this photo.  Nice job!
